Once you have submitted your request, our Records Custodian will respond to you within 3 business days and provide you with the estimated time of completion and an estimated cost of the request (if applicable).

Please be advised that pursuant to O.C.G.A. 50-18-71, a research fee not to exceed the hourly rate of the lowest paid, full time employee capable of researching the requested information may be associated with your request. In addition, there may be a cost of $0.10 per page for copies and $3.00 per disc or tape used for your request. Some documents and materials may be emailed to the requestor, however, some will have to be picked up at the Monroe County Sheriff's Office. We can also mail the documents and materials to you for an additional fee. You will be contacted when your request is ready.
